RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused
- Product must be in its original packaging
- Product must not be damaged after delivery
- You must contact us before returning the item
Because our products are consumable agricultural goods, opened or used items cannot be returned unless there is a verified product defect.
If you believe there’s a quality issue, contact us right away so we can review and determine the best solution.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Take photos of the package and product
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery
We’ll resolve the issue quickly and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5 - 10 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
SHIPPING RETURNS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to shipping damage, a manufacturer defect, or an incorrect order.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
SEED PERFORMANCE & GROWING CONDITIONS
We take pride in producing high-quality seed blends. However, results can vary based on soil conditions, weather, planting methods, soil pH, moisture, and other environmental factors outside of our control.
If you’re having issues with germination or performance, reach out - we’re happy to help troubleshoot and guide you toward a solution.
